I can offer support and guidance based on my own experience of 20+ years managing charitable organisations at an executive level, including staff management, trustee relationships and a deep knowledge of learning theory and coaching techniques.

With an understanding of the challenges trustees and staff may face within the charitable sector, I can work with your Board of Trustees, non-managerial supervision and executive coaching of your top management team or mentoring and coaching other staff to develop their skills and confidence in a role, offering independent and non-judgemental support according to you organisational needs.
